Connecticut Computer Service, Inc. (“CTComp”) owns and operates this business known as Easalytics (“Software”). Easalytics is a data visualization dashboard individually configured to integrate your (“User”) critical business data to provide insights to improving business efficiency, spending and profitability (“Purpose”). All references to “we”, “us”, “our”, or the “site” shall be construed to mean Easalytics or the Software. All references to “you” or “your” shall be construed to mean any User of the Software. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed by us with respect to your use of the Software.

TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED AND HOW INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

Personal Information.

Account Information. When becoming a user and/or account holder to the Software, you will be required to provide certain personal information to create an account. The collection and types of personal information may vary depending on how it is provided to us, and it may include, but is not limited to, the following categories: name, physical address, email address, phone number, credit card, information regarding your particular business, business plan, and information regarding your particular customers. We may collect other personal information that we receive from you through your communication with us. Further, you may include personal information when contacting us directly.

We do not store any financial information including billing and credit card information. Financial information is processed by secure, third party services.

Business Data. You will provide us with data regarding your particular business. This data may include, but is not limited to, business systems data, customer data, marketing data, financial data, website analytics and prospect data. You will provide the information necessary to allow us to integrate the data to interact with the Software, including allowing access to the data or uploading the data.

Non-Personal Information. We reserve the right to collect non-personal information when you visit our Software, such as your browser type, Internet Protocol address, operating system, Internet service provider, the address of a referring website, a device identifier, and dates and times that you access any and all pages of the Software.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED AND SHARED

Personal Information. We use personal information in the performance of the Purpose, use and access of the Software, account registration and management, security assessments, and internal reporting. We also use personal information to resolve disputes, contact you in connection with the Purpose or operation of the Software, respond to inquiries or comments, address problems in the Software, and to enforce any and all agreements with you.

Non-Personal Information. We use non-personal information to monitor, compile data, and analyze your usage of the Software, technical administration of the Software, increase Software functionality, and to ultimately improve the Software for your and our visitors’ use.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

In General. We do reserve the right to disclose, use, display, or distribute your anonymous information to third parties, from time to time, solely for purposes of helping to improve our Software.  We may sell aggregated information that does not include personally identifiable information and we may otherwise disclose non-identifying Information with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling and other purposes. Any aggregated information shared in these contexts will not contain your personally identifiable information.

Judicial Disclosure. We will cooperate with courts of law, law enforcement and governmental agencies, and private parties to enforce and comply with the law by disclosing any of your information, both personal and non-personal, in our sole discretion, as we believe reasonably necessary (i) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, claims, court orders, warrants or other enforceable governmental orders; (ii) to protect our property rights or those of a third party; (iii) to protect the safety of the public or any person; or (iv) to prevent or stop any activity which we believe is or poses a risk to be illegal, fraudulent, unethical, or legally actionable.

To Successors. We reserve the right to transfer your information, both personal and non-personal, as a part of any acquisition, merger, sale, or other change of control. We reserve the right to transfer your information, both personal and non-personal, to protect our rights or as required by law, in the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, reorganization, insolvency, receivership, or other assignment for our creditors’ benefit.

UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION

Updates to your personal account information can be made in writing to support@easalytics.com. You may terminate your use of the Software at any time by providing notice in writing to support@easalytics.com. This writing must expressly state that the Customer wishes to end all use with the Software and wishes to have the account(s) deleted. We reserve the right to retain an archival copy of your information as required by law or for other legitimate business purposes.

INFORMATION RETENTION AND DELETION

We reserve the right to retain and store all of your information, both personal and non-personal, so long as your account remains active with the Software, for the uses stated herein. All information, both personal and non-personal, for terminated accounts, will be deleted at the discretion of Easalytics; no written authorization is required.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We have established and maintain diligent security measures to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of your information and ensure secure data handling. However, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable; therefore, we do not guarantee that your use of the Software is guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

COOKIES

We use cookies for two purposes. First, we utilize persistent cookies to save your registration ID and login password for future logins to the Site. Second, we utilize session ID cookies to enable certain features of the Site, to better understand how you interact with the Site and to monitor aggregate usage by our users and web traffic routing on the Site.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

The Software may contain links to other websites. Any information you provide on those sites is provided directly to the owner of that website and is subject to that website’s terms of use, privacy policy, and other conditions. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to any linked websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or security practices of the linked websites.

CHILDREN’S INFORMATION

This Software is a general audience website not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If we learn that a child under the age of thirteen (13) has submitted his or her personal information, we will take all reasonable steps to delete such information from our Software as soon as practicable

CONSENT

By using the Software for the Purpose, you consent and agree to the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy and acknowledge the following:

  • We have clearly, conspicuously and completely informed you of any and all potential uses of your information by us.
  • You expressly consent to the sharing of your Business data;
  • We have stated that we will not use your information for any other purpose other than for the Purpose of the Software and to which uses you’ve provided us with consent, which has been expressly authorized by you;
  • We will not access, use or distribute your information if you take any action to indicate that you no longer want your information to be used or accessed for any reason, including revoking your consent in writing to support@easalytics.com.
  • We will not modify, manipulate or change your information;
  • We will not use your information in furtherance of criminal, fraudulent, or other unlawful activity; and
  • By using this Software, you agree that you are not sharing, accessing, or providing the Software with European Union (“EU”) personal information. This Software operates entirely in the United States (“U.S.”) and is not available for use by EU residents. We do not have a U.S. Department of Commerce Safe Harbor certification as required by Intuit’s Terms of Service for Intuit Developer Services. If you reside outside of the U.S., you consent to the transfer of all information, both personal and non-personal, outside of your country of residence into the U.S.

CHANGES

We reserve the right to change, modify, or update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we change this policy in ways that affect how we use your personal information, we will provide you with notice thereof and advise you of choices you may have as a result of those changes. Your continued use of the Software indicates your agreement to the changes.
